I after getting a response from Linus, the rarest admin, I thought I should get all the LTT staff to respond to a topic/message.

I have Linus, Slick and Nick. What other staff members brows the forum.

What's the big deal? I PM' ed Linus not too long ago and he responded fairly quickly, Slick always responds in a timely manner, NickLMG is pretty easy to get a hold of, as well.

Or, you know, you could not waste their time? (if you're messaging them just to get a response, that is)

I messaged them about problems on the forum or questions. I didn't ask for linus on the one where he responded, I asked a question and he answered, though it wasn't aimed at him.I was not wasting their time, unless you consider talking to people on an internet forum time wasting. (Who does, right?)

Why do they have so few posts?

Because they mostly post big updates, if at all. They have things to do during the day (their job at LMG), rather than posting on the forum. They don't have a lot to do with the management of the forum, unlike Luke and Nick, who are responsible for managing the forum and posting information about affiliates/promotions respectively.

Off topic. but that build is almost identical to my future setup, how well does it perform? Thanks.

Very admirably. I can get 1080p 60fps Ultra in any game I've tried, even pretty poorly optimised ones, with performance to spare (I might upgrade to 2560x1080 ultrawide in the future). It's decently quiet (though not quite as quiet as I'd like, but hey, you can't have everything) and runs pretty cool as well. CPU idles around 30 degrees and due to the GPU being passively cooled at idle it idles at around 40 to 45 degrees. Under load the CPU never goes higher than 50 degrees and the GPU no higher than 60. Good luck with your build :)

I messaged them about problems on the forum or questions.

instead of direct PM messages, either report the forum issue (using the report

feature in the lower righthand corner of each post with a description of why it is

being reported)

forum questions are usually directed here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/314050-forum-features-suggestions/

or here: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/314049-bugs-issues/ these are

usually answered quickly. most of the LMG staff is bogged down in production

schedules and do not spend great amounts of their time on the forums.

needing admin questions use the Mod Team list: http://linustechtips.com/main/index.php?app=forums&module=extras&section=stats&do=leaders
