I support this build^

Want suggestions for a PC build that can run most of the current games max settings at 1080p. How big of a budget do I need? (I'm personally wanting the budget to stay between 500USD - 750USD if possible, but if needed can go higher). Would like a Blue/Black or a Red/Black themed build... Thanks for any suggestion!

Thank you for the suggestion. I can deal with the budget since it's no that over what I plan :3

This would perform a bit better, you have an SSD, a better power supply, a better CPU cooler than the stock one, and a more powerful graphics card, what you sacrifice is 6% slower CPU, that won't change a thing in gaming ^^ @SkittlesLover69

Thanks for the suggestion! :3 Why go with the 290x over the 390?

Other than the GPU difference, SSD and a better CPU cooler won't really yield big gaming boosts...

It would give better loadtimes.. Is OP @SkittlesLover69 willing to bump up their budget enough to get an ssd as well? :3

Thanks for the suggestion! :3 Why go with the 290x over the 390?

The r9 390 does outperform the r9 290x in some games.

What about the RAM. Why not bump it up to 16GB? Is that worth it?

Just get it later. I have 8GB of ram right now and I am playing BF4 at 1600p, 2x MSAA, Ultra and I'm getting at least 68 fps but normally 85 fps :)
