The two links are different models of the WD Black drive:

FAEX is an older model. FZEX is newer with better read/write speeds. I wish I knew this before I picked up the FAEX a few years back :/ But whatever.

I know these two are both 2tb wd black hardrives, but they're priced differently. Is there something im not seeing/understanding here?

The main difference between these two WD Black models is the generations. WD makes changes and improvements for better and safer performance and reliability, hence the different drive model codes. @CyberneticTitan posted the drives' spec sheets describing the differences and the different features. As you can see the FZEX version has improved transfer speed due to some improvements while everything else pretty much stays the same. The full PDF spec sheet of each drive can give you a very detailed info on the different versions of each WD drive model. :) Feel free to ask if you happen to have additional questions.
