Rockstar games "SORRY!" page

Hi so I am not sure if posting in right subforum but basically I need to link my Xbox Live account with my rockstar games on pc thing so that I can play GTA 5 online on pc just like on Xbox 360 but when I do it there is just a black page with BLACK text that you can only see if you do CTRL+A :( and it just says "SORRY!" SO DAMN ANNNNNNOYING GOD DAMN IT ROCKSTAR FAAACK YOU! Please help

Maybe contact Rockstar support, they are the only ones who will be able to help on this matter :(
