We need to no a bit more about what you intend to use the case for. some excel at watercooling, some at mass storage. 300 is enough to get any kinda case that isn't absurd, looking at 900D and Caselabs.

theres no such thing as best because everyone prefers something different, and no case can be 1000 different things at the same time

I don't think there's much under that price with better build quality than the Enthoo Evolv ATX. Dat 3mm aluminum all over.

What is THE BEST case that  is ATX under $300?

Gotta love that 760T.

It's like your utility player. It's not specialized for different applications, but it has potential for each and everyone, if you're willing to work a bit on it.
