This isnt even remotely uncommon...suck it up

Everything else I've ordered from Canadian retailers has come from warehouses in Canada.

Everything from NCIX and DirectCanada was from BC and everything I got from Newegg was from Ontario.

So this has never happened to me before

 

And usually if something is delivered by truck across a country as big as the US, it takes fucking forever.

Order from the microsoft store, see where it comes from.

Why do I have to get shit from NCIX BC when there is a warehouse literally an hour from me?

You are getting your shit either way, have some patience.

It didn't say 3 day delivery anywhere. I'm sorry that paying for Ground Shipping and expecting Air Shipping isn't common sense to me.

Of course it didn't say 3 days in your post, just saying no way a package from across the country in 3 days by truck.

I've went to Newegg.ca and look at the case you've ordered. That case as well every Phanteks case has at least $19.99 shipping charge. When a item has a high shipping charge, it will most likely be a international shipment. Adding it to cart and it says "international shipping" which means, it's not from Canada. I've also added a case fan, the shipping charge was much less and it says domestic, which means it's from Canada.

No. I still don't know if it's getting air shipping, they wouldn't answer whether it is or not and the tracking hasn't updated yet.

I was complaining about the scenario of it spending weeks going truck to truck across half of North America.
