There's most definitely not an agreement. If Facebook/YouTube wanted him banned, he would be banned. Simple as that. A silly little petition will not change the minds of companies that big on how to run their site.

That's what I think! I see so many stupid petitions there, and people get mad for some reason when the petitions don't change things. I think the only Change.org petition that's ever changed something significant was dumbass Feminazis petitioning Target to remove GTAV from their shelves, and Target (being the prissy business they are) actually did it.

I'm fine with him having his account banned for stealing other's videos, but just because you find something "offensive" because it involves sexual dialog doesn't mean you get the right to have it censored. Freedom of speech is still a thing until fucking feminism has it out lawed.

The only way it would mean anything is if the C&H videos (for example because he's stolen those) or the other videos he steals are copyright.

That's a perfectly fine reason to ban him, for stealing others videos. But the person who created the petition, and a good number of people signing it, are signing it because he's a "sexist" and "perpetuating rape culture"

Now, don't get me wrong, I want to see this filth gone from youtube too, but he still has the right to freedom of speech, which means you can't censor him ethically unless he's inciting actual violence against people.
