If you have came from the UK you probably have heard that someone has hacked TalkTalk one of the UKs biggest phone companies. Turns out a 15 year old did it, alone. yeah let that sink in. A FIFTEEN YEAR OLD.

Well guess what the media has started their usual violent games make you violent bs. I would like to hear everyone's opinion on this as I am sick of it. Video games are the biggest source of media in the world!!!!

However, when it comes to movies people do not give two shits. What about thise kids in ( Was it Chicago? ) who tried to start a purge, or those kids or see there favorite WWE wrestler and wanna try and the moves they do. When it is a movie, they must have personal problems, when it comes to video games, every fucking kid who plays the fame is a risk.

Wow you're lucky if you're from Germany. The front page today on a newspaper was 15 year old loner hacks talktalk. They then continued to have a picture of cod aw and it said below violent: kids play these games. I play GTA V and I'm 13. I'm a really nice guy and have good friends and I work hard at school I'm just sick of people moaning about gaming. Its been around for 50 years

Thanks to gaming, you are a lot less likely to have nightmares and when you do, you tend to have Lucid dreams meaning thanks to the time spend in a virtual world you are able to take control of the nightmare and turn it around. However, there are times where the nightmares become drastically more violent with gamers.

Another thing - reflexes are usually improved and/or your speed. For instance, you are more likely to be able to react to a sudden event better as thanks to games you have heightened alertness and are able to process your surroundings faster

Another interesting tidbit - when put in a fight or flight scenario, being chased after or in danger, gamers are more likely to stand their ground and fight, rather than run.

I don't own a car but ride my motorcycle everyday. My ass has been saved many times by how I react to things. Rather than freezing up, I'm able to make evasive maneuvers. Having played videogames for years is partially responsible for that.
