Posted October 24, 2015 I want to get into racing simulation but I want to get an awesome wheel without breaking the bank. I found the Logitech G29 for $355 and its really appealing. Yeah I'm seeing people saying that the G27 and G29 are essentially the same wheel but just look different. I can get a brand new G27 with the shifter for $358, I'm considering that. Posted October 24, 2015 Author The G27 seems like better value considering it comes with the shifter but I think I will be kicking myself if I ever decide to play a racing game on my PS4 since the G27 isn't compatible with it. Posted October 24, 2015 Author Bit the bullet, purchased the G29. I think it's the better option for me because it's compatible with my PS4 and also it's a newer model so there would be better support for it in the future. Thanks all.
