GPU usage 50%

I'm playing dirty bomb yet the GPU usage isn't going above 50% for some reason. Anyone know why? I have a 970 btw.

GPU temp 42oC 

CPU usage : ~80% 

vsync isn't on.

90FPS all the way down to 30FPS ish. Not nice.

Apparently dirty bomb has an issue with gpu power not scaling properly (and therefore not being used) due to poor optimization

it's a know issue based on the info I've been seeing and I don't think there is a proper fix

Oh right, thanks for the time. I'm not too bothered I've already played it past its fun factor tbh.
