Dedicated Physx Gpu

OSBK
Go to solution Solved by vanished,

yes, that's why i'm asking if the gt730 good for the job or not

I would think so, but probably not by much extra. Why not try it using the 730 and then all on one card and compare fps?

hey guys, it's first time for me that i use two gpus, one as primary gpu and the other one as dedicated physx. so they say that if the dediacted physx gpu is weak it's better to use the primary gpu physx, in my case i have a GTX770 as primary gpu and an extra GT730. so sould i use the second one for physx or not, and can't i use the physx of both of them at the same time. i'm using just one monitor.

and thanks in advance..

It's pointless - the Advanced PhysX* chip is separate from the GPU core

The need for a dedicated PhysX card went the way of the Dodo bird when they moved PhysX to a dedicated chip that is separate from the GPU.

The GPU processes all Advanced PhysX features.

Didn't Linus do a video on exactly this question?

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.
