Asus releases 2 new ROG monitors

Bsmith

Still not even thinking about buying one until TFT Central gets a review of it up.  Been hearing some problems from Europeans who have already received theirs as well.

Wait, is this actually a panel rated for 165Hz or is it a 144Hz panel with a factory OC that you probably could have done yourself?

as far the article goes this is a 165Hz screen, not just OC or just rated, no 165Hz out of the box.

Remember there is the Acer XB270HU already, 1440p, IPS, 144Hz, G-sync goodness. No it isn't 165Hz, but a few people are thinking this is a first.

yeah, the only first here is it being 165Hz, nothing else to special about it.

May the light have your back and your ISO low.

165Hz on IPS? My guess it's OC via software.
