They're talking about a German custom mech keyboard maker, Uniqey.

Took me 10 minutes to decicpher that though, but since it's a German company English might not be their first language.

For a question like that, I would ask over in GeekHack. They know a LOT about keyboards, and chances are that the people involved in Uniquey are members over there. They will probably have a reputation, so you could get some more opinions over there.
