I just got the blue screen of death

"Hardware Failure", or something of the sort. Should I be concerned? I haven't really done any benchmarks or stabilization tests out of laziness? What should I use to stress test my hardware and any idea on what caused this blue screen of death?

it happened every now and then back in win7, ive not actually blue screened yet in win10. Generally you are fine unless it starts to occur frequently. If you are worried back everything up.

Use Aida64 with GPU enabled and stress test for at least 4 hours with the fans and side panel where they normally are. This thing is going to get... warm.

This is where I go when I have BSODs. There are helpful people in that site who will look into and analyze your dumpfiles to pinpoint the cause of your BSOD. Usually its driver related.
