You can see my memory below in my signature. Will enabling my XMP profile for my memory decrease the memory life at all?

Not really, it will a little due to the nature of electrical wear, but don't worry about it, you wouldn't be able to notice the difference (this assumes higher voltage on xmp)

If you OC the RAM or something then yes but if it is at the speed it was meant to be then no!

Does it matter if the RAM lasts 18 years or 22 years? No no it doesn't because by the time any small impact from small in spec clock speeds take impact it will be long obsolete.
