Hello, I'm just wondering if there is any way to bypass security on a school ipad? A VPN doesn't work. Even on my home wifi It seems to go through the school's network. I makes me sign in to a certain website, and after that it will allow internet access. The ipad is jailbroken and cydia won't work. It says ( Note: The * isn't there, I'm just removing my school's name from the web address) "smtp.******.k12.**.us has an invalid certificate"

Why do you have a jail broken school ipad at home that is configured to use their network, that you are trying to get off of said network?  sounds a little suspicious :)

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

You could just wipe the thing. Or remove any installed certificates in the settings.

I'm sorry but I didn't explain it well. The school is somehow block everything on MY home network, just the same as school. I would really rather not have them on my home network. I was just wondering on how to get them off of my home network?

Settings > General > scroll down, if you see profiles or a Device Management tab, the only way to get rid of the restrictions and proxy is to reset the ipad completely. Though if your school set it up properly they'll be able to tell if you removed the profiles. But if you really want, you can probably get the school apps from a cydia source if you jailbreak again

Of course not. Just answering. What ever you do, its best not to mess with school property. They can hit you with having to replace it, and even get yourself suspended/expelled for tampering with it.

How can it be blocking everything on your network?  If that was the case, yeah I'd say go for whatever it takes since that sounds like a virus to me, but if you mean that just using the ipad at home still uses the school network, I'd say just use a different device that's on your home network since that shouldn't be affected.
