Wait.. West of India as in part of India??? Or a country on its own?

That has to be an old flag... its really messy Arabic. but from what I can make out Somalia? But I know what the Somali flag looks like and that isnt it..

I used to play a game with my cousin when I was younger where you would name countrys in alphabetical order. Yes, a rather silly game... That's what you get when you're in a car too long. We would always use oman for the "O", it's the only one that begins with o.

No idea, at least the language in the flag gives some kind of help but that's hard.

Unless you know a bit about the migration of the islamic religion, the language isn't much help

Most of the flags that have been posted have been either very unique flags or European flags, which means most people know them.

It is not the flag of Somalia. 

It is a current flag for a very small, but quite rich country. 

And the Arabic dialect that they speak in the region is very unique.

Rich as in copious amounts of oil rich. Atleast the very top of the government is filthy rich.
