Fallout 3 runs like shit on a modern Windows, anything past 7 causes issues. If you want to give Fallout a spin play New Vegas. Better fight mechanics and has no issues with Windows.

Hell yes. Fallout 3 is in my all time favorites.

 

But you have to like open World Games and Exploring. If you want a linear CoD Like Exp. Fallout isnt for you.

Just disable Hyper Threading for it and you should be good to go.

I should be so lucky, gotz me an i5. I did everything I could find on how to fix it, I got it to run but I crash after about an hour tops. I'm on Windows 10.

Agreed, I play NV still and it plays pretty much like it did day one. Waiting won't change anything.

I will hopefully get this game. Unless No Man's Sky still manages to still come out this year.

I pre-ordered it. Hell I took the week off from work. Also pip-boy. I think Mcfly is right on this one. There is no multiplayer so bugs have less impact. While it can hurt to lose 5 to 30 minutes of progress to a bug you can re do it. Yes that number is potentially higher if you turn off auto save, but I don;t know anyone that does.
