Is the noctis 450 quiet?

Any case can be a quiet case, you just gotta get quiet fans and whatnot.

Compared to quiet optimised ones?

Quiet optimized ones just have stuff like foam to block sounds :P

I have a Define R4 and honestly, the foam won't do any good if you don't have quiet hardware to begin with. Yes, they dampen noise but it only does so much.

H440.. Quiet??

In dilemma if the extra 10 degree celsius avg on h440 is worth it,the airflow there is bad compared to noctis :'(

It will of course be louder than quiet optimised cases, but you could still make it pretty quiet (quiet fans at low RPMs, no HDDs, etc.)

what type of cooling are you gonna get? I like 7 fans in total and I get around 65c is the highest temp I get on my 4790k
