Xeon for the under 250$ range

Streaming and Gaming with a tad video editing and rendering. 

i was thinking of getting an i5 but I heard with a xeon you can get i7 performance for i5 price just at the expense of IGPU which I don't need

Suggestions? LGA 1150

Xeons are not i7s, they are similar, but not the same.

 

Not all xeons have hyper-threading and you have VERY limited OCing ability with Xeons.

it is slightly slower than an i7 because it runs at a lower speed, plus it cant be overclocked

 

but in multithreaded tasks it is definitely better than any i5
