I don't know why anybody would want to run Hardline but, anyway, that build is extremely similar to a friend of mine and he gets 60+ FPS in BF4.

I optimized your build though. A 280x would be about the same as a 380 atm, but later a 380 will be better by a nice margin, and it's cheaper anyways.
