Research your Parts b4 you buy

CX are not made for Gaming builds, only casual/basic PC's

get an r9 390 if you see your self wanting more than 3.5 usable vram and hoping to upgrade in the future

a WD black or blue is better for "Gaming builds" in my opinion

Everthing else looks solid

Most people pcpartpicker.com but this is fine. First thing is what is your budget and purpose for building it and how will it be used. Now on the the build. The CX power supplies are horrible for higher end pcs because of their low heat tolerance so you should change that.

I'd go for a caviar black if it fits in budget

But good otherwise
