Should I paint my (new used) Power Supply?

So I recently picked up an Antec Earthwatts 380W 80+ PSU for only $7.99 and it works perfectly however it's one ugly mofo. The sticker on the side is peeling and it's unit itself is grey and gross, so I was thinking- should I paint it? I've already remade the sticker in PhotoShop so I'm gonna end up replacing that anyways-

I obviously know the precautions that I have to go through but I want to know do you guys want to see like a build log of sorts on how to paint a Power Supply?

Since the fan is so small, you could get away without masking it. I wouldn't recommend opening it up, but in this case, it likely isn't needed.

 

Just paint the exterior, trying not to get any in the fan grill, and after that dries, put your custom sticker over it.

I found it on EBAY for 7$, if you got the money to spare I'll try and find the link and send it to you.

If you do, just be careful not to go prodding at the inductors and stuff. You probably already know what can happen, but considering Linus was able to do it, you should be fine.

Nah it has been going strong for a few months and I am getting a 850w EVGA GS within the next few weeks. ( Even thiugh my system only pulls like 250w's.) and a. BeQuiet! Silent Base 800 since the HP case only supports certain PSUs.
