900:1 & 1100:1 Contrast Ratio... will the diffrence be noticeable?

Just wondering if it possible to see the diffrence between a monitor with a 900:1 CR and a monitor with 1100:1 CR

depends. Side to side? yes. also colour accuracy and backlight bleed may be more noticable than 20% better contrast
