Hello Ohio man, SeaSonic are not the best, more like 2nd or 3rd. SuperFlower and Delta, along witj Enhance are all up there with SeaSonic.

Personal preference. I think Seasonic is untouchable. :P

I'll respond to the OP's query with the OP's best wishes in mind here since it seems that fanboys have invaded this topic with disrespectful answers indicative of their maturity levels.  OP I'd say go with the G1 out of those choices, but keep in mind that EVGA, MSI, ASUS, and GIGABYTE all put out great 970's and that you can't really go wrong with any of them.  Hell a lot of people are even liking Zotac cards now.  On topic; my reasoning is that the G1 model was largely reputed by many youtubers, (Linus being one of them), to of had the best cooling capabilities of all the 970's this time around.  I have a 980 ti G1, and I absolutely love it.  I went G1 for the amazing cooling solution, as well as their "improved binning process."  I think that second reason is just marketing, but I largely just wanted a change from my usual choice which was EVGA, if for no other reason than to try out new things.  I was not disappointed, and in fact I think my next card will be from Gigabyte as well, either them or Asus.  I'm aware that the 980 ti is a different card altogether than the 970, but I'm sure that the "G1" branding of cards all follow a somewhat similar set of manufacturing procedures.

I am not a fanboy, I am telling cold hard facts to this dude about a better option. I did suggest to him the MSI Twin Forzr or G1 Gaming, however a 390 TriX or MSI Twin Forzr would be a better use of his money.

corsair or evga psus for me

Do you know who makes corsairs and evgas psus?

SuperFlower, SeaSonic, CWT, and a few more.

SeaSonic and SuperFlower are some of THE best. All of XFX psus are OEMd by SeaSonic.

I suggest the EVGA GS, which KEEP IN MIND, IS MADE BY SEASONIC

Well, I switched over for a reason!

I actually was very surprised to see the amount of transistors on Maxwell cards is lower than Kepler - the cards are carried only by software. If AMD had the same quality drivers - I can easily see a 390X matching a 980 Ti - A LOT of unused hardware on our cards

I know lol. I wish AMD actually made the drivers better like everyone said they needed to be. They are getting there but they have a ways to go.

I use DX11 and I handily beat a 960 with my 2011 7950 (280) - Nvidia's cards are like napkins - not really reusable when new stuff starts coming out ^_^

That's why I love nVidia. They make a beast (the highest end) of a card that lasts one year only to be replaced. Since I upgrade every year, its a perfect match. :)

Now if I was poor and could only afford AMD  I'd go with their mid-tier cards. But alas, I spend $650+ each year for a year's worth.

980 here costs 650$ - if your Titan X costed 1700$ I think you'd consider AMD more :D

But yeah - I don't have the cash to upgrade yearly and I prefer longer-lasting cards

Facts > Opinions

It is not a bad choice though :)

Facts don't sway my opinion. That's my point. :) If I think Seasonic is the best, they're the best. Its not everyone's best; just mine. :)

Can't imagine the prices there in Bulgaria. Feel bad for the rest of the world. :( Prices (and taxes) are absurd. We have it good here but they're American companies. Would be nice if prices were uniformly the same around the globe.
