Did I Get A Referral?

I know this is a computer related forum, but for those of you who are currently in school, my friend was messing around with me and the teacher sent us to the office. We got a paper asking for what happened and what would I do next time it happens and then a signature at the bottom. After that the principal called me and told me to explain what happened, then she told me to stop doing it and that she was going to put that we we're messing around on her computer not bullying. is this concedered a referral. I am a straight A's student this is my first time getting into trouble so I don't know if it's a referal.

I dont think so, back when I was in School they had me call my parents when I got one. Happened on the last day of school my senior year, my first ever lol.

so I got sent to the office and the principal told me that she was going to write what happened on her computer, is it concered a referal or will it afect me applying into highschool?

Judging by the sound of it you're in high school or lower, so it's safe for me to say that the only thing that ever matters in high school as far as getting into a post secondary institution after you graduate is your grades and standardized test scores.

lol it was no big deal I was just at the wrong place at the wrong time with some shady kids.  Happened 6 yeas ago and no regrets lol. Also you will be fine moving foward does not even sound like you got a referral because Im pretty sure you would have to of called your parents in front of the principle or they will call so either way you will find out for sure if it was.

Dont worry about it Not sure what "refferals" are but i remember someone who went in the same class as me and in 8th grade i got around 40 "marks" or "warnings" that were written down and he got around 120

it doesn't matter. the only thing that matters to getting into high school or anything. they only look for test scores

Nah, you shouldn't get a referral, Its High school you want to look out for with referrals 

You would know if you got one.
