Looking for a personal cloud service and could use some help

Just to get the details out of the way. I'm looking to get a personal cloud service. I'm wanting 1tb for less than $15 a month. I'll be backing up pictures videos and other random files.

I've been looking at one drive they offer 1tb for about $10 a month. are there any other cloud services out there that I should look at?

One Drive is good

 

You get Amazon prime photos with a prime sub, so unlimited photo storage etc thats pretty good too

 

Flikr give you 1tb of photo storage for free

Dropbox maybe, seems to be about 9 USD/TB/Month in my currency (AUD)
