Graphics Card for 1600x900

My brother has a 900p monitor and is starting to play PC games like Saints Row 4 LA Noire and hes Intel HD graphics isn't cutting it any suggestions for a GPU?

970/390 works for me (I have 1600x900) If that's out of scope, a 380 should do well. If that's also out of scope a 950 should be ok.

Aftermarket 980Ti >= Fury X >= Reference 980Ti > Fury > 980 > 390X > 390 >= 970 > 380X > 380 >= 960 > 950 >= 370 > 750Ti = 360

Something like an R9 380 or a GTX 950 should be perfect.

A gtx 750ti is a very good option for you. :D

I echo the 750 ti recommendations.  The types of games he's playing aren't very taxing, especially at that resolution.  Pick up a 750 ti on a sale and be amazed at the performance for how much you spent on it.  Check out the big sites often for sales, I've seen a 750 ti drop down to $115 before.  

Oh signature time!  It's on now, gonna give ya somethin snarky and clever and think way too hard about this because I'm really concerned about what people on the internet think of me.  Better google some good quotes to put in here too.....oh wait I'm not a loser.
