These fans are for your desk right so any power supply will due even 50W  will do, so yeah

Well, its rosewill, so the quality should be fine. However, with that little voltage you're not going to be running anything major.

 

Oh, just a couple fans? Anything will do in that case, hell even the shitty Logisys I reviewed some time back in my "Terrible things you should never, ever buy" review.

for powering fans all you need is a cheap wall wart converter...

no need for a 300W PSU
