I am guessing he is talking about either the 240-X or the new EK loop

 

Niether the Swiftech or EK AIO have the pump on the cpu block.

Alphacool Eisberg Solo. You can buy  just the block with pump and reservoir. It uses standard G1/4 fitting. But be warned, the pump has maximum speed of 3,600rpm and is rather noisy. There is a quiet(er) edition. The pump only spins maximum 2,400rpm(still not quiet). It's the same DC-LT pump used in Fractal Design Kelvin AIO(made by Alphacool).

i would get a ek predator the h240x/220x has leakage and groth issues

but swiftech has a cpu waterblock with a integrated pump
