Recent drops in FPS

I have a GTX 780, recently I have been getting really low FPS on the game Battlefield 4. I opened MSI Afterburner and it showed that my GPU was running at 99% usage. But my power was only at 60%. I have a 1000W PSU I shouldn't be having power problems.

So when I play the game the power % goes up from 65% to 68%. The core clock also doesn't move, not playing a game it's at 575Mhz and in game it's 575Mhz. Wtf why is it doing that.

What is CPU usage at during the game? Check for any programs that are hogging up resources besides the game itself.

Are you sure? Open up Task Manager while in game and look at specific program loads.

Set the power options to maximum performance in the nvidia control panel.
