Hy guyz, i am building a new pc for gaming (at 1080P) and i wanted to tell me if you think if this is a good one, if the PSU is enough for overclocking the CPU and also the GPU. Also if the mobo is good or not, if not what do you suggest? (in the same price tag, this is my max budget)

Get a r9 390 if your going to be upgradeing to 1440p or 4k soon

That case.....

Get the r5 or something that is actually worth spending 100$ on a case

i will stay at 1080P for the next 3-4 years. I will buy a new rig then for 4k ( when the nvidia HBM memeory will be avalible for theyr cards)

Ty for the suggestion, but i want a skylake platform.

If you want to waste money on a platform that gives you 0 benefits and no additional upgrade paths whatsoever...

Then just grab the case, psu, and cooler that I recommended (a 240 aio obliterates the d15, and with the money saved on the other two parts, you could grab a 280 aio like the x61 instead for the best performance) and swap a 970 for a 390 which preforms better now, and will preform much better later (I would recommend the msi, sapphire, or powercolor models.).

For a 970 you only need a 400W PSU, for a 390 550 is plenty, and going above gold efficiency isn't cost effective (and those psu's can actually be worse at voltage regulation to try to be more efficient so they may not even be better for your performance overall.)

Do you think the MSI mobo's are good? (performance and quality)

Absolutely, i also believe the GTX 970 is a better GPU choice...but i would go with a cheaper CPU cooler and some tweaks to fit a GTX 980 in there which is a true fast 4GB card:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Skylake is very energy efficient and even this 30$ cooler from cooler master will yield great overclocking results. it's quiet too (i have one for backup, used it a lot and it's quieter than my 240mm AIO i keep it as a backup but it's really nice for the price) and this PSU is fine too, certainly not as good and if you can afford the other one do that though...but it's a sacrifice i would do personally to get the 980 instead, which is also decently faster than 390/390X.

i will stay at 1080P for the next 3-4 years. I will buy a new rig then for 4k ( when the nvidia HBM memeory will be avalible for theyr cards)

I also think you should consider this monitor for this rig:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16824009848&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

With that kind of budget in the states you should game at 1440p IMHO.

1440p is 77% more pixels than 1080p, and it makes a REALLY nice difference, i have one myself and it's awesome.

What about this:

Seems that the new I5 skylake is quite better than the devil's canyon.

With all of them at the same frequency and with an overclocked titan x (aka way better gpu than you are considering).

Also you should take a listen to him talking during the first two and a half minutes, as he explains this was done explicitly to remove as much gpu bottle-necking as possible, and it does NOT form a recommendation for cpu buys. Your gpu choice even with the fury I recommended wont allow for cpu bottlenecks and with a 970 or 390 you could use any regular i5 and probably not see bottlenecks.
