nVidia getting ready for a new launch?

I know, I know. Its WCCF. So insert said meme. Anyways, according to the article, nVidia had a "secret meeting" in NYC regarding this product. It also states its releasing "soon."

 

So, any guesses to what it is? GM200 X2? That's my guess. Maybe a 970 rebadge with "full" 4GB RAM. :lol:

 

I don't think Pascal of any sort is ready, unless nVidia has a serious trick up their sleeve.

Maybe it's a driver update to fix their DX12 performance?

maybe a 970 ti that can beat both the 390 and 390x while being similarily priced :P

990M maybe? But the image has the desktop coolers so maybe not...

inb4 another Titan model.

Considering they just released full 980's for laptops, I cant see them releasing a 990M :P

I think this was meant as a joke, but a 970 with the full speed 4GB of VRAM is not possible.

Haven't seen a x90 series from Nvidia ever since the 690.

 

For all we know they might launch a Titan X2

Well the only generation they didn't have it for is the 700 series, only because the 900 was so much better and they just skipped it.

my money's on 960 ti or 950 ti
