SLI Bridge

The sli bridge that came with my mobo is pretty ugly.

Edit: I probably use it if I had a 2nd 980. Too cheap to buy a sli bridge.

Oh, that one is a limited run I believe, that's why its so expensive. The MSI and EVGA ones at Scan are about £26 each for 2 way.

Just to confirm, the only benefit of an aftermarket SLI bridge (e.g MSI) is looks?

I'm just amazed that someone would pay £60 for an SLI bridge without any other benefit?!

Purely looks

When I first setup SLI, I was using the orange 2 way flexible bridge that came with my previous mobo.  It just looked completely silly to have all black/silver/white hardware that was several thousands of dollars and then have that showing like a sore thumb.  Ended up getting the EVGA bridge and putting a corsair case badge since nothing in my PC was EVGA lol

Haha nice yeah good point, some people really care about the looks.

Personally as long as it works and the cables are clean, I don't care haha.
