So I built a computer with Intel Pentium G3258 processor inside(Cooler Master Hyper TX3 CPU Air Cooler is used as CPU cooling system),Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5 motherboards,MSI Geforce GTX 750TI OC GPU,550W PSU,8GB DDR3 1600MHz RAM and I've tested stress test for 2 hours with stock settings. Everything is smooth. But when I started overclocking in the Gigabyte BIOS(version F8 if not mistaken) with settings of the CPU Core Frequency to 4.3GHz at 1.325V for the CPU Vcore,I opened CPU-Z once restarted to see if the CPU frequency has any increase BUT the speed is still at 3.2GHz. It doesn't change at all.

So,what should I do?

How can I actually overclock it?

Can anyone help me by showing guides for me to follow for overclocking the G3258 on Gigabyte G1.Sniper B5 motherboard?

Windows 8.1 Pro. Okay

And I found this in Gigabyte's Website for my motherboard model.

So does it mean that I will need to update my BIOS to F9 instead as it support Pentium AE?

Then don't think that board can OC.......

On some sites, people can't overclock on it. Some people say that it's the BIOS.....
