Best Gaming Laptop for $1000 - $1150

Sawdsaws

I am looking for a gaming laptop between $1000 - $1150. I'm looking for a laptop for college but I also want to be able to play games on it. I was looking at this laptop: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152903, but I feel as if I could get a better one. Also would a GTX 960m with a 5th generation Intel Core i7 5700HQ or a GTX 965m with a 4th generation Intel Core i7 4720HQ provide better gaming performance.

The one with the 965m.  It's a faster card, and the difference in performance between those CPU's is so minimal you probably won't even see it.

Thanks. Also, would you recommend any specific laptops besides the one I have listed? The one with the 965m is this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834152738&cm_re=965m-_-34-152-738-_-Product

On newegg they also have this one listed: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834233094

It's $100 more but it has a GTX 970m and a Broadwell chip.  Not to mention Gigabyte is a pretty great brand.
