Hi, I'm 15 and am saving up for a decent gaming computer.
I mostly play World of Warcraft, CounterStrike: Global Offensive, CounterStrike: Source, Garry's Mod & Minecraft.

Here is what I have come up with: http://au.pcpartpicker.com/p/4GtqZL think it is a good choice of parts but it will take me a fair amount of time to save the $2044 AUD I need for it.

Thanks

-Vaethane =)

What Resolution are you running games at?

This will be able to blow all the games you listed out of the water provided you run at 1080p.

That CPU is a bit overkill, I'd suggest a 4790k instead as it's far cheaper and gives more bang for the buck.

you should definitely swap out for a cheaper cpu like an i5 and then spend the extra money on a better graphics card

you also don't really need 16GB Ram for playing games either

Oh my. Don't get an i7, and no SSD.

I have a feeling that cooler isn't going to be that great.

Get an SSD.

There are much better PSU's for the money.

Are you sure you want to spend that much on a PC?

You could easily half that, still play the games you want, and save up for a car.

Or something more useful.

A PC won't get you laid, for example. A nice pair of shoes can.

You definitly dont need a gtx 970 or an i7 for those games, get a haswell i5 and an r9 380(x) or a gtx 960.
