the 350D supports a maximum of micro-ATX (your board) and is smaller. The 450D supports up to ATX (the next size up) and is bigger, and has slightly better airflow thanks to the more open front.

so which one is better in your opionion ?

I have a personal preference for smaller cases so I'd say 350D. but the 450D is more expandable.
