I am building a computer for my grandmother and the parts are the ones the she needs for specific reasons (even if they are a bit over kill for a typical grandma) and I am looking for a power supply. I just can't seem to strike the right balance quality and price, so if you can help me find one thank you for the help advance.  :)

Umm a Pentium will likely be enough for your grandmother.... Also grandparents and dual drives don't go together well. Been there done that.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

I mean, I thrive off dual 1080p monitors with an i3 and play GTA on it no problem. Not sure why she would ever need an i5...

Well she mostly does a lot of work and needs a pretty nice and reliable computer as she is runing a fairly large local business.

Is there a specific software that she uses that needs lots of threads? I can promise without hesitation that an i3 will be enough. Also the Antec Earthwatts that @themaniac mentioned will work great

How do you play with an i3? My i7 hits almost 39% load when playing GTA.

- CPU: Intel i7 3770 - GPU: MSI R9 390 - RAM: 16GB of DDR3 - SSD: Crucial BX100 - HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB -

I have been told that already and we are mostly just trying to makre sure that computer stays together and intact and working for as long as possible (not by any means "Futureproof") and she requested the dual drives, like I said she is pretty tech savy. I really do appreciate the help though.  :D
