Csgo With AMD Grapics card and Windows10

Hello guys, so I messed up something in my computer and now instead of making black bars Csgo streches my resoliution to my screen :<

 

Im using 4:3 monitor (1280x1080)

And I'm using 16:9 Graphics ratio (1280x720)

 

But it stretches my 720 to 1080p Instead of making black bars Help me Please

change the desktop resolution to anything that's not native res (even 1280x960)

then do that

In game? The Game is Csgo and if i changed resoliution ratio to 4:3, I would need to train my muscle memory and spray patterns couple weeks Not doing that

Here's an easy solution don't play CS:GO at a 4:3 aspect ratio. It cuts off a good amount of screen space... and looks horrendous. I've never understood why people play games at a lower resolution than there native resolution. I would shoot my self if I ever played at a 4:3 aspect ratio every again.

FFs I want explain But its hard Ok I played 16:9 on 4:3 Monitor (U know with black stuff) And then i messed up something and now it stretches but i want my black stuff again...
