theres some semi autistic kid on my bus. who stares at people its fuckign annoying.'

You were sitting down I assume? Here's what you do

 

1) First you ignore but slowly sit sideways so it's easier to quickly get up

 

2) If they keep starting make sure you occasionally make eye contact 

 

3) After a few times of 2) when you know they're looking at you, make contact to make sure they're looking at you then immediately get up (leaning forward crotch first) and scratch your balls

 

Trust me they will not keep looking at you since you forced their focus point on your crotch now.

It's easy for me to pull off since I look extremely average right now...

 

but back when I looked like a trap, I had a harder time in pulling it off...

 

The other option is to make yourself visible to agents of the law (i.e. roaming guards, police officers, traffic enforcers, etc.) or to grab the attention of everyone in the vicinity by making a scene (like what @nanowatt did in his encounter)... then again it's not always guarranteed that you'll get the mob assist since it depends on the local culture...

People around here especially the "gangsta" dudes that they they think they are cool and though are really cocky and have a stupid attitude so it's hard to avoid them.The worst part is that usually i am not seeking this kind of entourage because i don't want to promote violence and i was so surprised by my reaction i started shaking and my adrenaline went off the chart.
