Thin ITX (shorter), Pico ITX (a full size down), and more that are NUC sized. What you need to know is that for normal desktop hardware, you will need a Mini ITX or higher.

Intel has a new 5x5 standard (which incidentally is not 5x5 in any measurement) that is used for tiny PCs with soldered-on CPUs. It's slightly smaller than ITX, but not enough to be worth it over ITX for consumers.

You can already fit a full ATX machine inside an enclosure the size of a large lunchbox if you do it right. ITX just makes it a bit smaller. If you're going for crazy tiny, you want an ASRock Beebox, Gigabyte Brix or an Intel NUC.
