CS GO major frame loss help

so yesterday i played CS GO with my normal 140-200 FPS

 

today after the update i played and i got 30-60 mostly in the 30's tho

 

my CPU was at 30-60% and my ram was at a solid 88% and that's pretty normal for my system (4GB of RAM too OP)

Rebuild the files from the steam launcher, put in launch options (can post mine) and make sure fps_max is set at 0

Change your settings from fullscreen windowed to fullscreen.

 

EDIT: on my laptop that changes my fps from 120 to 60.

ive always run it un windowed fullscreen because i tab out alot in game and it saves me like 3 hours

Umm, wot CPU, coz multicore rendering affects fps massively, specially with 2 core 4 thread CPU's.

There was a new big CSGO update today and some people on reddit are having the same problem...You'll just have to wait for an update to fix it

it was 10 skins valued at like $260 i had a 32% chance i didn't even know it was in the pot i just wanted the karambit marble fade and i ended up selling that

There was a new big CSGO update today and some people on reddit are having the same problem...You'll just have to wait for an update to fix it

i guess so i was thinking it was the update i just hate when it goes to 60 then drops to 30 because i see the difference and it seems like lag to me and i miss my shot

According to reddit, re-verifying game cache might fix your problem.
