MY PC WON'T TURN ON FOR MORE THAN A SECOND

Jimmy_B
I recently built a new computer and when I try to boot it on I get nothing, the fans start spinning and the LED's turn on but nothing else happens. I don't yet have a graphics card but that shouldn't matter. It does this with and without RAM. I'm new to the PC building community and have little experience. PLEASE HELP URGENThttp://pcpartpicker.com/p/zjWZbv

Never trust a brand always review the modell? That´s a good advice. The Corsair RMi´s are very good.

even if not the psu the problem if you are in the us and have a bit a cash to dispose the 750w evga psu was for $44 with mail in rebate and it would worth it if you are planning to keep the psu for a while since capacitors age with use and that corsair uses cheapoo chinese capacitors

Do the Fans keep spinning or do they stop after a second?

They spin for less than a second and it looks like everything is on but then it all shuts off.

You are sure all cables and pins are where they belong?

I agree with Praesi, I got freaked out when the same thing happened to me. But it turns out I'd just forgotten to connect my motherboard with my power supply.

Yeah, make sure that you have 2 plugs at least in your mobo from you PSU. I remember forgetting to plug in the 4 pin power and freaking out for an hour.

It just turns on for a second, then back off.
