Malware! Help!

Hello... I've just found out that I may have a malware or a RAT. My windows defender keeps popping up and says "Trying to take action against detected malware." However, I cannot scan with any antivirus since I don't have any other than Windows Defender which I cant launch. I get an Internal Error when I try to install Malwarebytes and when I try to go back to my restore point it does not let me, saying that there is a virus that is stopping this action. Someone please help, I've tried everything and nothing works!

EDIT: Windows Defender has popped up again, this time saying the malware will be removed by a restart, trying it now.

EDIT 2: After the restart, it seems as I can restore point now.

have you tried reinstalling windows?

or try to install malwarebytes on a usb drive with a separate pc, then connect the usb to your pc and run the portable malwarebytes

well ive never had to do a reinstall of windows 10, but im pretty sure if you google it there will be plenty of tutorials how

 

that would be the safest way to make sure you get rid of that virus 100%

and run it in safe mode

if you have a pc branded, e.g dell, hp, acer then just enter the recovery option and it will reinstall if not then youll have to boot form a usb, and wipe the hdd

depending on the type of infection(if its malware?) then not too much, but some infections can end up damaging hardware. and so on, but the chances of that are nill

Run malwarebytes whilst windows is in safe mode.
