I understand this it a tech forum not a car forum but i know you guys are smart in many ways. So recently my car a 2007 nissan sentra s has been having problems and i want to know if you could help me!

1) When i start the car it starts and the rpm meter stays at 0 rpm for a second then it jumps to 1500 rpm and fluctuates a bit and then idles normally and drives

2) also when i drive and brake a little harder then let off the brakes then it feels like there still on the rotor very slighty stoping then i let on the gas the car jerks lightly forward as if the brakes where stuck

Can you guys please help me dont know whats causing it?

1 could be normal. Many cars start at a higher RPM when its colder, and come down after a few minutes. The fluctuation could be from the AC compressor kicking on and off, that can cause the idle to seem like its surging even though its normal.

2 could be seized calipers or pins/pads that were put on without lubrication. I would get that checked out.
