CS:GO 20% load? ARTIFACTS!
Warcraft 3 TFT 4% load? ARTIFACTS IN THE FUCKING MENU

OCCT Error check? nope
Witcher 3 100% load? nope
Valley 100% load? nope

How in the pink hell is this possible ._.

DirectX outdated? OCCT, witcher 3 and Valley use DX11, old shit uses DX9, maybe that's the issue?

WC3 is DX8 - but it was fine less tham a month ago. I mean - I've played over 20 hours of it with this card - first time that happens

6-7 months now - brand spanking new.

Well - the only connection I see is the time I got the new PSU - around that time I noted an increase in VRM temps.

But again - what are the odds - if it were supplying too much voltage protections on either it or the motherboard would kick in. And stability has been fine as in no reboots/missed POSTs/crashes

Porbably going to send it back - I mean - I could agree Chivalry being a game bug with the minor artiacting there but CS:GO? that's unlikely and Warcraft 3? a game that's been fine suddenly ain't? nah

OT: I'd send it back. I had much bigger artifact problem with my 280 about 6 months ago, AIDA 64 and some benchmarks were perfect but it got replaced in the end.

I agree with @SkilledRebuilds , you should RMA. If you cannot anymore, reset any overclock you have done. It may be because of high FPS causing artifacting like with coil whine, since you said that that it basicly happens in games where you get high FPS with that card.

New card - Why "Fix" this issue at all, when it shouldn't be there from the start, ESPECIALLY, on a NEW card.
