plz explain y when i charge my alienware m18x i get the best performance and when i unplug it i get like 70 fps in csgo it should be much higher and cpu and gpu temps max 70-75 
i had issues issues with 15.8 beta drivers so i went back to 14.4 (stock) but that didnt change anything

Because of power settings. If you've already changed the Windows one, CSGO has one too.

2. It could be because the pc wants to save batter life when its not plugged in. Therefore decreasing performance.

It goes into a battery saving mode when not on charge, underclocking your components to make the battery better No need to worry, its normal. And theres prbably a way to turn it off, if you want that.

Every notebook does this! The reason is that the power that can be delivered goes down because of the battery can't deliver that much...

I'm afraid i have no idea, you'll have to google that one, i dunno if its a windows thing (most likely) or an alienware.

every notebook does it. its because of power the hardware slows down to save power

There should be a setting to change it, possibly this (in Win7 anyway): Control Panel --> Power Options --> Change Plan Settings --> Change Advanced Power Settings. Not sure if this will fix it though.
