Posted September 12, 2015 I currently have a stock GTX 980 SC ACX 2.0 on an Asus X99-A motherboard. My CPU is a 5930K @4.5 GHz. Also, I have two monitors, but all benchmarks were run on one monitor @60Hz. Base Clock: 1266 MHZ Boost Clock: 1367 MHz Memory Clock: 7010 MHz I'll first give you guys my average FPS in some benchmarks, and then I will give you benchmark scores ASAP. All benchmarks were run on max settings with no supersampling: Grid Autosport: 53 FPS Unigine Valley: 59 FPS Unigine Heaven: 62 FPS Advanced Warfare (not a benchmark, I know): 39 FPS <--- something is very wrong here Minecraft (with Optifine): 121 FPS (unlimited FPS rate, shouldn't I be getting at least 300?) Black Ops 2: 80 FPS *when aiming down the sights, it drops to about 41 FPS Evolve: 41 FPS Compared to other results online, my GTX 980 seems to be underperforming. My driver version is: 355.82 running on Windows 10 64 bit. All the games are installed on my 512 GB Samsung EVO SSD. And help with getting my GTX 980 to perform like the benchmarks online? Posted September 12, 2015 Could you try some games such as battlefield / gta / other games that are usually benched ? minecraft with optifine won't get you more than 100-150fps no matter what ( for me at least ) Recommend what is best, not what you preffer. Posted September 12, 2015 Check your nvidia driver 3D configuration, you probably have useless stuff enabled that is making it underperform. Specially in Unigine valley/heaven.
