How was your rma return process if you had to?

I cri erritim

I've sent back Corsair's V2000 but they gave me the wrong address as they moved warehouse, I received a V2100 after 2 months without a head set, which randomly died 3 months later while on my head, I then sent that back and received a H2100 which came with a faulty USB dongle, I requested RMA yet again, then their UPS driver never showed up.... LOL I then had no headset while I waited for them to stock the dongles and woke them back up via their RMA site to send me a dongle....

GG Corsair, GG.

Asus : Never actually went and did the RMA, due to high cost

Was asked to pay over $150(including cost of me shipping to them) to get a bent pin in intel's terrible CPU socket repaired. Told myself "f it" and just went and bought a cheaper motherboard with the money instead.

Corsair : The overall RMA process itself was smooth, too bad the quality wasn't there.

Headset(hs1a) broke 2 months after purchase, had to pay for shipping to the US($25), they shipped it back with UPS, they left the new headphones in front of my door, never knocked or rang, I know, I saw the guy coming and was watching him through the little spy hole on the door, waiting for him to knock/ring. Two months later, they broke again, in the same way(no audio in the right cup), what a terrible build quality, went and used my money to buy a better pair of headphones from Superlux, had them for over 2 years now.

Western Digital : Overall satisfied with it the RMA process. Was quick and easy.

Had to pay for shipping within Canada($10), they got the dead drive, was sent back a refurb drive. Re-sold the drive on ebay. Since I never got any complaint about it, I'm guessing it was working.

Logitech : Overall very satisfied with it. Especially since I didn't have to pay a cent. To get there was a bit annoying though.

This one was a bit of a hassle, the guy I was in talk with obviously didn't read anything I was sending them, kept telling me to do stuff I had already done long ago on how to troubleshoot my controller. After 2 weeks like that he finally understood the controller wasn't working and Logitech sent me a brand new controller, free of charge. Didn't have to send my old broken controller or anything.

NCIX #1 : Fast and Easy. Wish I had VIP back then to save on shipping cost, but oh well.

Received an item that was DOA, I opened a RMA ticket, had to pay for shipping back ($6), they got the item, 2 days later they shipped a replacement. Never really had to speak to anybody. That was good.

NCIX #2 : Replacement sent, at no cost. Just had to explain my case to them.

Ordered a can of compressed air, the plastic bit was broken during shipping, making it unusable, they sent me a new one after I explained my case, didn't have to ship back the broken (and useless) can.
